Rental Information
Rates We have 3 locations all in town. Starting on May 1, 2012 a 1-2 bedroom, 1 bath unit rents for $200 per night plus tax and a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bath unit rents for $275 per night plus tax.
We offer a 10% winter discount when you say your saw our website! Cancellation Policy The deposit is refundable except for a handling charge of $50.00 per unit if the reservations are cancelled prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. Reservations cancelled after
the 30-day cancellation deadline will forfeit an amount equal to the
deposit. No refunds for early
departures. We do have a 3 night minimum
stay. We do not accept pets
