All of our townhouses have 2 bedrooms on the upper
floor, a full bath, and a linen closet stocked with all the linens you will
need.

The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area, living room with cable TV, sofa, and a fireplace or gas insert.

Our Homestead units have an additional 1/2 bath on the
main floor, and decks off the main floor and master bedroom, which overlook
the center courtyard.
For larger groups, we have several townhouses with
finished basements to accommodate your needs. Please give us a call
for further details, as each townhouse varies in accommodations type.
Policies:
Two nights deposit is required, per unit. When we receive your deposit, we will send a letter of confirmation with a map of town, marking your townhouse location and our office location. If we do not receive your deposit within 2 weeks of making your reservation we will cancel the booking. We have a three night minimum stay and 30 day cancellation policy. Check- in time is 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
